Proactively track project health, anticipate and remove operational obstacles to protect creative intent while balancing business goals and timelines. Maintain consistent knowledge of the status of all projects in the studio.

Support the casting, onboarding, and management of external creative partners while promoting healthy ways of working. Ensure the Creative Studio operates efficiently, effectively, and consistently delivering against Netflix Experiences' daily, seasonal, and long-term objectives. Actively identify and engage new creative talent and partners to support the studio's evolving needs as projects grow in scale and ambition.

Champion a culture of creative exploration and experimentation, ensuring operational systems support bold ideas and innovation at every stage. Qualifications / Experience 8+ years of experience managing creative operations or production within agency, studio, or client-side environments. Proven track record of operationalizing multidisciplinary creative teams and projects across concept development, art direction, environmental and experience design.
