LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Healthcare Recruiter with a mission-driven nonprofit organization known for a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment supporting frontline and direct-care hiring.
We are partnering with our client to identify a Contract Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives across multiple programs and regions in Chicago, Illinois. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys helping teams attract and onboard frontline talent. In this role, the Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activity, support compliance-heavy onboarding steps, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions moving.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for frontline and direct-care positions
  • Review applications and conduct candidate screening interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders to support hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records
  • Support onboarding coordination and compliance-related hiring requirements
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics
  • Support compliance-heavy hiring processes and documentation

Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of recruiting experience
  • High-volume recruiting experience across clinical and non clinical roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, social services, nonprofit, or staffing industry experience (preferred)
