Project Specialists provide administrative support to Install Managers to ensure efficient operation of all installations. They emphasize world-class customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Summary:
The Project Specialist's duties and responsibilities include providing project administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Install Manager. In this position, the Project Specialist will coordinate with the Install Manager, using problem- solving and organizational skills to provide logistical support throughout the entire job life cycle. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will assist the Install Manager in coordinating materials and labor (both employees and subcontractors) while keeping their projects on schedule. Familiar with a variety of the Company's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all the Project Specialist's duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

What You'll Do:
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone promptly and being ready to answer any queries, resolve any issues, or obtain any necessary information.
• Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and other staff.
• Ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly by creating job folders, communicating with customers, processing sale/contract orders, and uploading all contract documentation daily.
• Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests, ordering all job materials, and pulling building permits
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years in an office environment with scheduling and direct customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
