Job description

We are seeking a Director, Growth Marketing Consultant to join Farmacy for a parental leave coverage assignment (appx 6 months) to help lead the strategy and execution of our paid media program across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shops and key retail channels like Sephora and Ulta. This role will drive performance through full-funnel campaigns, managing media agencies and platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and more to acquire new customers, scale revenue, and build brand awareness.
This is a high-impact role that owns the paid media budget, performance forecasting, and optimizations across all acquisition channels. You'll report to the VP of Digital and work closely with teams across Creative, Marketing, Sales, Finance, to bring campaigns to life. You'll also partner with external agencies and platforms to execute best-in-class performance marketing.
The ideal candidate brings a data-first approach, using performance metrics and customer insights to continually refine strategy and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical marketer with a passion for performance marketing, a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, and a proven track record of driving measurable results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable balancing strategy and execution, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Snapchat, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage media agencies (Lunar Solar, FrontRow) to ensure campaign excellence, goal alignment, and budget efficiency
  • Manage all platforms partners including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Snapchat
  • Own full paid media budget and forecasting, including accruals, monthly actuals, and re-forecasting in partnership with Finance
  • Oversee creative briefing and performance feedback loops in collaboration with the Creative and Influencer teams
  • Analyze performance data and customer insights using tools like Data Culture and Google Analytics to guide strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and test growth opportunities across emerging platforms and new audience strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Brand, Ecommerce, Creative, and Analytics to align on priorities and performance goals
  • Present campaign insights, recommendations, and business impact directly to executives

Compensation range: $9,000 - $11,000 per month.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in DTC, retail, or consumer brands
  • Data-driven marketer with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing based on performance insights
  • Proven success managing large-scale paid media campaigns and driving measurable business results (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of performance tools (Google Analytics, Data Culture, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and optimize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable sharing results and strategy with senior leadership
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and how to scale full-funnel paid media programs
  • Experience navigating privacy compliance and media execution within regulated environments
