Production Support
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for day-to-day production issues.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, including work instructions and standards.
  • Ensure equipment and processes meet safety and operational standards.
Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate with test engineering to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Analyze production data to detect trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Champion initiatives to reduce defects and ensure product conformance.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Partner closely with R amp;D, Design, and Test Engineering during product development.
  • Lead pilot builds and assess manufacturability readiness.
  • Ensure scalability of processes for high-volume production.
Transfer to Contract Manufacturers
  • Build and qualify test equipment for contract manufacturer deployment.
  • Develop detailed, scalable work instructions and procedures for external partners.
  • Lead the smooth handoff of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Provide remote/on-site support and training to contract manufacturers.
Continuous Improvement
