Job description

Position Summary
In this role, you will support the implementation and ongoing management of assigned GSK purchase-based GPO contracts. You will help ensure contracts are set up and maintained accurately and on time, including membership and account updates, rebate and administrative service fee processing, and related system updates. Working in a complex, highly regulated environment with significant financial exposure, you will help support accurate contract pricing, discounts, rebates, government price reporting, and program eligibility. We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who brings curiosity, accuracy, and a growth mindset to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned contracts in accordance with GSK processes, policies, and procedures, taking full operational ownership from setup through ongoing maintenance
  • Interpret complex contract language and accurately configure pricing and performance requirements within contracting systems
  • Set up and maintain contracts, including amendments, price, product, rebate changes, membership eligibility updates, and wholesaler notifications
  • Maintain accurate contract membership data and system attributes to support compliant payments and government pricing calculations
  • Process rebate and administrative service fee payments, applying strong validations and reconciliations while resolving payment disputes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure complete documentation and audit trails to support monitoring, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Contract Development Managers and Account Managers to review contract terms, address language concerns, assess system viability, and identify process improvement opportunities

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with financial calculations, data analysis, intricate customer account management, and complex problem solving
  • Experience in business administration, finance, audit, business systems, analytics, or a related field, with the ability to quickly learn the contracting landscape, regulations, complex contracts, membership processes, rebate calculations, and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience analyzing large customer or sales data sets and performing detailed reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical commercial landscape, consumer products, or healthcare industry
  • Experience interpreting and implementing pharmaceutical contracts
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including experience with Excel and AI
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Strong data and systems skills, with the ability to work across multiple platforms and quickly learn complex system functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives
