What You'll Do
  • Own and manage assigned contract billing accounts from setup through ongoing maintenance
  • Review contracts for accuracy and ensure proper system setup
  • Maintain billing data including pricing, terms, and customer details
  • Analyze monthly billing reports andinvestigate discrepancies
  • Process rebills, adjustments, renewals, and contract updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues with urgency and attention to detail
  • Partner with internal teams and external contacts to keep everything running smoothly
  • Participate in client conversations as needed to support account accuracy
