Job description

Position Description
Work with a great team in a friendly atmosphere at a wonderful assisted living facility. We are looking for motivated people with a dedication to working with senior citizens in a residential setting. The mission of Saint Ann's Residence is to enhance the quality of life of older adults by providing a secure, comfortable, and homelike environment.
Saint Ann's offers competitive compensation.
Hours vary.
This position is every other weekend and on-call for shifts to include the following shifts:
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm - 7am
Some duties and responsibilities are:
Answering phones and directing calls; taking and relaying messages
Informing and logging family members and visitors upon entry
Assist residents in calling cabs
Making announcements over PA system
Monitoring the emergency intercom
Skills Needed:
Customer Service
Ability to use a computer
Ability to handle occasional pressure
