  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of technical and functional solutions, owning complex features and collaborating with senior developers and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable systems. Provide expert input to technical decisions and support junior colleagues in resolving medium‑to‑high‑complexity issues.
  • Contribute and actively shape ideation workshops by providing expert insights and recommending enhancements to improve product functionality and user experience.
  • Drive the definition, estimation, and validation of complex technical requirements, proactively influencing planning accuracy and enabling predictable, high‑quality feature delivery across teams.
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of production applications by independently leading technical investigations, implementing durable fixes, and guiding peers in troubleshooting.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

  • Hands‑on experience as a software engineer (at least 5 years).
  • Advanced understanding of software related system designs and technology stacks.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements, assess their technical implications, and help translate them into well‑scoped, practical technical solutions.
