About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects, leading cross-functional technical teams, managing budgets and timelines, and working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into project plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
  • Gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, communication plans, and project documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including technical, business, and external resources.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and overall performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, standups, retrospectives, and steering committees.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Coordinate application development, SaaS implementations, infrastructure projects, and system integrations.
  • Provide regular project status updates to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Promote continuous improvement and effective project management practices.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience leading Agile software delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with SaaS/application implementations and data integrations.
  • Vendor and SOW management experience.
  • Change management experience, including Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working in a government, public-sector, or judicial technology environment.
