Job description

LHH is active recruiting for a contract Inventory Control Analyst to join the team of a global retailer located in Metro Atlanta! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience preferably in retail and will have solid Excel experince to include pivot tables and vlookup.   • Bachelors Degree (Accounting or Finance) REQUIRED
  • 1-2 years of recent work experience - preferably in retail
  • Excel proficiency
Duties:
  • Process retail store inventory accuracy tickets and enter appropriate adjustments to keep the inventory subledger aligned with store inventory.
  • Confirm receipt of inventory cartons to retail stores and engage with business partners on receipt discrepancies and lost cartons.
  • Serve as a contact for retail stores for any inventory questions including missing cartons, carton discrepancies, theft, charitable donations, transfers, etc.
  • Partner with Asset Protection on theft to adjust appropriate inventory quantities for store re-allocation.
  • Communicate with Store Operations during physical inventories to verify count completeness.
  • Follow up with business partners on outstanding transfers to keep the inventory subledger and retail store on-hand balances in sync.
  • Provide thorough and timely responses to emails received in the regional inventory inboxes.
  • Responsible for miscellaneous requests and reporting.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
