Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Analyst 1 (IT Hardware Asset Admin) supports IT asset inventory operations, procurement activities, stockroom management, and asset lifecycle processes. This role is primarily focused on IT logistics, inventory control, and clerical support within the IT Asset Management function.
Required Qualifications:
* Associate’s degree in a computer-related field.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
* Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in an IT Asset Group inventory room or equivalent stockroom environment.
* Minimum 1 year of experience using ServiceNow Incident Management and Hardware Asset Management modules.
* Minimum 1 year of experience creating purchase requisitions through Coupa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with procurement of IT assets.
* Receive IT assets including computers, monitors, switches, servers, and computer accessories.
* Perform put-away activities for IT assets in inventory rooms and data centers.
* Issue and ship IT inventory materials.
* Conduct cycle counts of IT inventory.
* Stock local IT vending machines.
* Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when necessary.
* Assist with e-waste coordination activities.
* Assist with reclamation of IT assets.

* This is an onsite position located in Peachtree Corners, GA.
* Experience with ServiceNow is required.
