Apogee Consulting was founded in 1999 to meet clients' practical needs. We started as an electrical design firm and now specialize in healthcare architecture and engineering. We love encouraging architects, engineers, and other disciplines to work together effortlessly toward common goals throughout the design process. Our flat organization encourages innovation, growth, and project ownership. We offer exciting healthcare initiatives in 38 states.

This crucial role collaborates with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Administrators to plan and build healthcare projects with client engagement. Works with the customer and design team to plan, organize, control, integrate, and complete architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate and driven to discover, thrive, and contribute. The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent critical thinking and efficacy.

Salary: $110,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate architectural and engineering projects, from planning through completion of construction documents.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.
  • Lead design reviews, QA/QC analysis, and overseeing deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
  • Review contracts, approve invoices, and participate in site visits
  • Mentor assistance for Project Managers and foster professional growth.
  • Manage project designs across the nation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or Architecture.

  • Federal and private sector healthcare experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
