Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Ronbow’s customer base among homeowners, designers, architects, and trade partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client consultations, presenting design and product solutions, and negotiating contracts to close opportunities. The Sales Manager will develop and execute regional sales strategies, track performance against targets, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. This role collaborates closely with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. The Sales Manager also represents Ronbow at industry events, builds long-term relationships, and promotes the brand’s commitment to quality, customization, and ethical manufacturing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in high-end kitchen, cabinetry, interior design, or related luxury home products.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and customer service, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and installation, to support end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging both consumer and trade clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).
  • Knowledge of or interest in kitchen design, interior design trends, materials, and high-end home improvement products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and visit client locations as needed.
