Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Information Security Analysis. You will contribute to large-scale planning, review and analyze complex security challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while ensuring compliance. The position involves configuring and optimizing GRC platforms, applying AI techniques for risk modeling, and supporting processes such as control testing and issue management.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize GRC platforms
  • Apply pre-deterministic and generative AI techniques to support analysis, insights, and predictive risk modeling
  • Support GRC processes, including control testing, issue management, and compliance monitoring
  • Ensure alignment with key industry standards, including NIST, CRI, and OWASP frameworks
  • Apply strong cybersecurity and risk management knowledge to assess threats, identify gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Participate in functional, data validation, and regression testing to validate system enhancements and defect fixes
  • Engage in the application development lifecycle (SDLC) by reviewing requirements, testing changes, and supporting production readiness
  • Conduct thorough problem resolution and root cause analysis to address system or process issues
  • Provide consultative guidance to business and technical partners on risk, controls, and tool usage
  • Deliver clear, concise communications and presentations to leadership and cross-functional audiences
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Desired skills:
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience configuring IBM OpenPages
Pay Rate: 54.00 - 61.00 Per Hour
