Job Description
What to Expect in the Role:
  • Responsible for developing an approved yearly budget of expenses and income with department managers. Assist and provide the direction and support to achieve budget goals.
  • Work closely with all department managers to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction within their department.
  • Responsible for working closely with all manufacturers and suppliers to meet and comply with all contracts and agreements and the marketing and sales programs as needed or required.
  • Responsible for the hiring, the dismissals, training, development, and performance evaluations of all employees working closely with department managers in evaluating and improving employee performance.
  • Maintain contact with customers to improve communications in what is needed for improvements in customer service and that all customer issues and concerns are handled positively.
  • Closely monitor inventory stocking levels taking advantage of buying programs to increase profitability as well as controlling shrinkage and inventory expenses.
  • Work closely with accounting staff in accounts payable processing as well as direct involvement in all accounts receivable and credit issues and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company business policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

What We Will Be Needing From You:
  • Knowledge of agriculture, especially farming and ranching.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Motivate people.
  • Sales ability.
  • Prior dealership management experience preferred.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or agriculture field.
