JOB DUTIES
Hybrid in office Tues, Weds, and Thurs Open to Miami, FL & New York, NY
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Responsibilities:
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
  • Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.
  • Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design.
  • Identify appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in divergent and convergent group work.
  • Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems.
  • Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly.
  • Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences
  • Experience with user centric design overall.
  • Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot and similar.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Expertise in Conversational Channels: Chatbot, IVR, SMS, Assisted and other similar.
  • A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.
  • Portfolio of largely professional work.
  • Contributed to one or more design programs or shipped products.
  • Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field of study.
