Job description

We’re looking for an Omnichannel Graphic Designer who’s excited to build creative that lives everywhere—email, wb, social, influencer & affiliate, print, and retail—and works together as one cohesive brand experience.

This role is perfect for a designer who’s strong in fundamentals, curious about modular systems, and ready to take ownership and evolve omni-channel creative. You’ll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to create flexible, reusable assets that scale, perform, and stay on-brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Design: Create on-brand assets for email, web, paid and organic social–including motion and some short-form video tailored to each platform’s specs, style, and audience.
  • Modular Asset Design: Build reusable components that support scalable, cross-channel content; contribute to evolving design systems.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form video content for social and digital campaigns–resizing, reformatting, and refining clips for specific platforms. 
  • Influencer & Affiliate Creative: Design and adapt visual assets for influencer and affiliate programs; maintain consistent branding across creator content, toolkits, and templates.
  • Asset Library Management: Support the organization and maintenance of a shared asset library using consistent file naming, version control, and usage guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Social, and E-comm teams; take and apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders; communicate clearly and proactively.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, video editing software (Premiere) and other quick video editing tools, animation tools.

  • Design Skills: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, visual storytelling.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
