St. Anselm Catholic Parish is seeking its next business manager. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and experience in accounting, process improvement, and project management. As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing parish finances, payroll, HR, risk management, and office management. Ideal candidates will be practicing Catholics.
DutiesFinancial
  • General Ledger postings and balancing
  • Review all payables - allocation and vendor appropriate and approval from source
  • Month End Reports
  • Diocesan Reports, quarterly and annual
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Liquidity and Cash Flow Management
  • Budget monitoring and review
  • Compliance for vendors - insurance, contracts, W9

HR and Payroll
  • Processing payroll via Paycor
  • Maintain all personnel files
  • Health Benefits/Pension
  • Compliance - Unemployment, Workers' Comp, Virtus, BCI & FBI
  • VIRTUS compliance
