In this role, you will function as a Charge Nurse / Team Lead, managing dialysis operations and patient care:

  • Run a 4-patient pod independently
  • Oversee dialysis treatments in a 24-chair unit
  • Set up and manage Fresenius dialysis machines
  • Provide care in both acute and chronic outpatient dialysis settings
  • Administer blood and blood products
  • Monitor and respond to dialysis-related complications
  • Ensure safe, efficient patient flow and staff coordinationΒ
