The Senior Buyer will primarily manage existing outside-service suppliers that perform services on Client's parts. The current work is approximately 70% transactional and 30% strategic, with the role expected to move toward supplier relationship management, supplier projects, cost savings, and contract negotiation as purchasing tools and processes mature.

* Ability to lead supplier performance discussions, interpret scorecards, align on data, and drive corrective actions.
* Strong manufacturing ERP experience. Epicor is preferred; SAP is considered transferable.

* Help stabilize tactical execution now and shape the team's transition toward more strategic supplier management.
* Work visibly across procurement, planning, scheduling, quality, manufacturing, engineering, and finance.
