KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Talent Intelligence Analyst delivers actionable talent, market, and competitive intelligence for executive hiring. Partnering with other Analysts and Executive Recruiters, this contract role identifies passive executive talent, develops search strategies, and builds leadership pipelines that inform hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Analysts & Executive Recruiters to support search engagements from intake through initial candidate identification and pipeline development

  • Conduct targeted research to identify high-quality,passive executive talent across relevant functions, industries, geographies, and competitor organizations
  • Develop search strategies, target-company lists, and market maps aligned to hiring-manager requirements, role priorities, and market context
  • Build and maintain organizational charts, executive profiles, succession maps, and talent pipelines for priority companies and strategic initiatives

Synthesize public, subscription-based, internal, and other approved sources into actionable talent, market, and competitive intelligence

  • Support competitive intelligence and benchmarking projects by analyzing competitor leadership teams, organizational structures, and talent trends
  • Participate in search kickoffs, calibration discussions, and recruiter check-ins; incorporate feedback to refine research direction and target profiles
  • Maintain accurate candidate, company, and organizational records in designated recruiting systems and capture research findings to strengthen ELRโ€™s institutional knowledge and reusable talent IP

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Executive Talent Intelligence Analyst will have experience in analytical or information research related roles, ideally within retained or in-house search firms. He or she should be an out-of-box and creative thinker with a strong focus on problem solving. He or she should also be motivated by an intellectually stimulating recruitment environment with the desire to identify the best talent for Oracle.
