RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Grand Rapids, MI.
Key Tasks:
* Manage strategic healthcare projects from initial concept through final implementation
* Project Manager will define project scope, objectives, schedules, resource plans, milestones, estimates, and status reporting
* Conduct healthcare industry and competitive research to identify local and national trends and strategic implications
* Perform analytics and data reviews to support special projects and monitor progress toward organizational goals
* Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, whitepapers, recommendations, and other decision-support materials
* As a Project Manager, you will lead project meetings, track deliverables, identify significant issues, and recommend solutions to executive leadership
* Collaborate with project sponsors, senior leaders, end users, and cross-functional teams while providing guidance to less experienced Project Managers
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered; Master's degree preferred
* 1+ years of relevant Project Manager or similar healthcare project experience required
* Demonstrated experience with project planning, analytics, executive reporting, and decision support
* Strong healthcare industry knowledge, including healthcare trends, competitive analysis, and strategic initiatives
* Strong PowerPoint, presentation development, written communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to independently manage ad-hoc requests and communicate effectively with executive-level leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
