Solutions may also support warehouse operations, automated material handling, barcode tracking, inventory movement, and high-volume mailing processes.
Shared Services:
Support and develop software solutions for corporate functions such as Accounting, Human Resources, Data & Analytics, and Supply Chain Management.
Operations:

Sales, Marketing & Transactional Operations:
Develop, support, and enhance applications used across business areas such as Direct Mail, Web Solutions, Commercial and Specialty Print, Sales, and Estimating.
Client-Facing Business Solutions:
Develop, support, and customize software solutions used directly by clients across industries and market segments, including retail, publishing, and other customer-facing applications.
What You'll Do:
  • Design, code, test, debug, and enhance software applications in an object-oriented development environment (VB.NET, C, C#, C++, VB 6.0, ASP, and T-SQL) and MS SQL Server 2005/2008
  • Work on meaningful development assignments that support manufacturing, administrative, logistics, or client-facing business operations.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, analysts, and business partners to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and application support.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of custom-developed applications.
  • Learn and apply software development standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate as an active member of an agile, collaborative development team.
  • Build an understanding of how technology is used to solve complex business and operational challenges.

What You'll Bring:
Education:

  • Completion of at least two semesters of object-oriented programming coursework.

Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Passion for software development and learning new technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take on challenging assignments.
  • Ability to work onsite at designated Wisconsin locations as required.
