Coordinate and administer project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance records. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis. Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage invoicing, purchase orders, permits, and other project-related administrative processes. Ensure successful project execution and closeout through document control, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and turnover support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance records.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, permits, and other project-related administrative processes.
  • Ensure successful project execution and closeout through document control, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and turnover support.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years as a project coordinator, project specialist, or project administrator.

Pay and Benefits
