Job Title: Project Manager - Intermediate_USA_USD
Location: Universal City, CA (HYBRID)
Contract Duration: until 10/23/2026
Working hours - 9AM - 6PM
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, contracts administration, or legal support roles
- Comfortable using AI tools to support day-to-day work
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience with document management and administrative workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to procurement or sourcing environments
- Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
- Familiarity with contract management or data systems

Responsibilities:

Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented, AI-enabled Operations & Contracts Coordinator to support contract administration, data quality, and sourcing-related workflows. This role focuses on high-volume administrative execution, contract data integrity, and enabling procurement teams to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contract administration including document finalization, uploading, and repository management, utilizing AI as needed
- Update and maintain contract database (supplier names, end dates) to support renewal tracking and validation of active contracts
- Execute DocuSign processes and coordinate document workflows
- Perform metadata entry and validation to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Assist with spend data cleaning and applying taxonomy in partnership with data suppliers
- Update internal procurement hub and maintain documentation
- Provide administrative and category support to multiple managers (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups, RFP coordination)
- Track and help drive progress across sourcing activities (non-P2P)
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex) to improve data quality and efficiency
