Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Tech Consultant will support and optimize Talent Acquisition related technology solutions. This role requires strong experience in Talent Acquisition operations, SmartRecruiter ATS, and systems/data integration across downstream platforms. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure effective delivery, ongoing support, and alignment of Talent Acquisition technology solutions with business needs.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Talent Acquisition business processes and workflows to support operational and technology needs, Particularly SmartRecruiter – ATS.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of data integration between SmartRecruiter - ATS platform and downstream systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SmartRecruiter ATS functionality and related integrations.
  • Coordinate effectively between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external vendors or partners.
  • Manage ongoing support items, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive resolution.
  • Apply a strong understanding of SDLC processes, including related documentation and delivery practices.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Talent Acquisition business processes and system integrations.

 Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of data integration experience.
  • Experience with SmartRecruiter ATS is required.
  • Experience working across business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in system support, implementation, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and documentation practices.
