Job Title: Loan Administration / Loan Operation / General Affairs


Location: Downtown Houston, Texas


Description:

This is a full time position, we are seeking a positive team player to handle loan data entry and general affairs.


Responsibilities:

  • Reimbursement and Interest Collection.
  • Commercial / Syndication Loan & Trade Financing Disbursement.
  • Perform loan funding duties, review loan documents & requirement, process loan funding & set up loan documentation file.
  • General Affairs & Accounts Payable
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.
  • Other assignment upon supervisors’ request.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Related banking experience and/or professional certification is a plus.
  • Positive and be a good team player.
