Forklift Operator – Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Forklift Operator to support warehouse material handling and inventory accuracy. This role involves operating stand‑up / man‑up forklifts, assisting with inventory verification, and supporting kitting and order fulfillment. Duties may vary day to day and include a combination of forklift operation and hands‑on inventory tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate stand‑up / man‑up forklifts to move, stage, and kit materials
  • Review printed pick lists and verify inventory availability and accuracy
  • Label, tag, and organize parts and materials within the warehouse
  • Count and verify physical inventory by hand to ensure accuracy
  • Perform basic computer data entry and inventory system navigation
  • Support inventory control efforts and maintain organized storage areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience within the last 5 years
  • Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet carts in a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry
  • Ability to bend, twist, and lift as required for inventory verification
  • Willingness to work required overtime
  • Comfortable working at heights while wearing required safety harnesses
