Job Description

There are four core functions that comprise this role: Client Deliverables, Territory Marketing, Tools & Research, and Contracts Management.

  • Client Deliverables: Project manage locally-created proposals, presentations and RFPs, creating, assembling, editing, proofing, and reviewing formatting for proposals, presentations, and other client-facing sales documents.
  • Territory Marketing: create the territory's marketing plan, coordinate and manage the execution of all local marketing activities, such as onsite events, webinars, and territory e-mail campaigns.
  • Tools & Research: provide research information on clients and prospect organizations, including org. structure, key executives, latest news, strategies, and financial health, partner with the Managing Director on data reporting from CRM system, provide expertise and support for MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word) to support the creation of client deliverables.
  • Contracts Management: Access relevant contract templates and create initial contract draft, complete contract content including gathering additional details, facilitating reviews and proofing, facilitate signatory process with client.
Qualifications

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 4 years' work experience in a sales, marketing, project leadership within Talent Management (Information Technology)
  • 4-year degree or 2-year business-related degree.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal database software.
