Job description

The work: 

  • Manage and administer all aspects of industrial security programs for multiple programs in compliance with the ICD's and other applicable government security directives
  • Support personnel clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, physical security, proposals, including alarm responses
  • Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and representation of security inspections and audits by government security personnel
  • Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in support of program-related activities
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes as needed or requested by PERSEC CSSO
  • Provide on-site security assistance
  • Responsible for managing and safeguarding COMSEC (Communications Security) crypto gear
  • Act as classified system Point of Contact (POC) and maintain access and coordination with system administrators
  • Serve as Points of Contact (POCs) for guards regarding secure spaces
  • Ensure secure space alarm monitoring is accurate and up to date with their names and contact details
  • Maintain and manage all PERSEC templates and instructions on the high side
  • Coordinate the use of SCIF conference rooms
  • Manage a shared calendar to facilitate scheduling and usage of these spaces
  • Maintain SCIF accreditation, integrity and all associated requirements for monitoring and response
  • Responsible for integration with ISSM for installation and accreditation of client systems
  • Provide guidance, oversee, and direct SCIF construction
  • Provide proposal response write-up and guidance  
  • Active on-site employee, responsible for full-service IC support and Industrial Security compliance for related AFS programs, customers, contracts and clients
  • Responsible for program engagement, collaboration, integration and reporting across the Corporate Security Directorate
  • Responsible for drafting, maintaining and updating all program security records, required updates, incident reports, investigations and findings
  • Maintaining required clearance level and access to client IT related networks for performance of duties 

Here's what you need: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • 6 years of Industrial Security experience with the Intelligence Community 
  • Knowledge of ICD policies (e.g. ICD 705, ICD 704) and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with SCIF management and operations
  • Working knowledge of 13 adjudicative standards and related reporting requirements 

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
