RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Warrendale, PA that is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing Automation Team focused on streamlining business processes and delivering low-code solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical development with business process improvement and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. Working closely with business stakeholders and automation leaders, you will design, build, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps
* Create and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate
* Partner with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
* Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and adoption
* Support implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions
* Build and maintain integrations with relational databases and other enterprise systems
* Document business requirements, workflows, and technical solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow and other automation resources
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience serving as a Technical Business Analyst or working in a hybrid BA/Developer capacity
* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI-powered productivity solutions
* Background in web design, UI/UX design, or front-end development
* Exposure to ServiceNow integrations or enterprise workflow platforms
* Passion for low-code/no-code technologies and process automation
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology and may come from a Technical Business Analyst, Junior Developer, Power Platform Developer, or UI-focused development background. Candidates who prefer a mix of business engagement and hands-on development will be especially successful in this role.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
