Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Home Health experience needed.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Shift days: Monday - Friday.
  • No weekend or on-call requirement.
  • Coverage area includes Lycoming County, PA.
  • Primary responsibilities include completing starts of care, evaluations, and visits for physical therapy.
  • Dress code is business casual or blue scrubs.
