Job Description:
The Contracts Solutions Manager (CSM) will serve a vital role in Epiq's Contracts Solutions business. This individual will have a player-coach role, in which they have direct day-to-day management responsibility for teams of contract analysts, in addition to performing contract analysis themselves. The CSM will be involved in all levels of delivery of Contract Solutions projects, including on-boarding and training reviewers, setting up Relativity and creating product documentation, leading QC efforts, communicating with clients and assisting with preparing deliverables. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of contract review projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Manage review teams, lead quality control efforts, provide project reporting, and assist in all other aspects of contract review projects
  • Manage and assist with operational requirements, including work requests, Relativity uploads, and coding panel creation
  • Highly proficient in the use of proprietary and third party review software.
  • Support the Epiq sales team on client proposals and responses to RFPs, including assisting with budget estimates

Required Qualifications & Characteristics
  • Experience managing review teams for large projects
  • Experience running quality control processes
  • Very strong Relativity skills and moderate-to-strong Excel skills
  • Highly analytical job experience or academic background
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire for professional growth, and drive to provide exceptional client service
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
