As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams & leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events & programs.

The impact you will have:
  • Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization
  • Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
  • Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation
  • Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity

  • A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
  • A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a high volume, diverse candidate pool

This is an hourly contract role intended for September-February, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range

$50 — $60 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$40 — $55 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$35 — $50 USD
