Job Title: Entry-Level CNC Machinist
Job Description

This entry-level CNC machinist position focuses on operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will support production by running CNC mills and lathes, assisting with machine setup, and contributing to high-quality, efficient machining operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Assist with machine setup, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials as directed.
  • Monitor CNC machine operation and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Follow production instructions, blueprints, or digital programs to ensure accurate machining.
  • Support basic programming tasks under guidance, using tools such as SolidWorks and Mastercam where applicable.
  • Inspect parts during and after machining to verify dimensions and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in the manufacturing facility.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with CNC machinery and related equipment.
