Job Description :
Job Description for Conversational AI Developr:e
* 8+ years of experience in software engineering (cloud, APIs, microservices)
* Strong experience with conversational AI platforms and LLM integrations
* Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications
* Effective Agile collaborator with strong communication skills able to work alongside cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights, with well-commented, maintainable code and thorough technical documentation.
* Adherence to data governance and compliance standards; HIPAA awareness and experience handling sensitive or regulated data is advantageous.
* Healthcare domain knowledge familiarity with US healthcare data structures (medical claims, pharmacy Rx, eligibility), coding standards (ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, NDC, NPI), HEDIS measures, CMS Stars ratings, or Medicare / Medicaid lines of business is desirable but not essential.
