Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking an Epic Cloverleaf Interface Systems Consultant to support a large-scale electronic health record and integration engine transformation initiative within a complex healthcare environment.
Summary:
This individual will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and support of interfaces as the organization transitions from a legacy EMR platform to Epic while simultaneously implementing Cloverleaf as its enterprise integration engine. This is a fully remote consulting engagement with an initial six-month term and strong likelihood of extension through implementation, stabilization, and post-go-live support activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Cloverleaf and comfortable supporting Epic interface activities, including interface implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow established technical standards, and collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers, testing teams, and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential, as the consultant will be expected to proactively manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and help drive projects through testing and go-live readiness.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, configure, and support healthcare interfaces
* Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities
* Produce and maintain detailed technical and operational documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful interface delivery
* Track project dependencies, identify risks, and communicate status updates
Support go-live readiness, stabilization efforts, and ongoing optimization initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Bridges Certification or Accreditation
* Strong hands-on experience with Cloverleaf Integration Engine
* Experience developing, supporting, and troubleshooting healthcare interfaces
* Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or migrations
* HL7 interface development and support experience
* Strong integrated testing and functional testing experience
* Experience with Cloverleaf Xlates preferred
* Excellent technical documentation skills
* Ability to work independently while adhering to established development standards and best practices
Preferred Experience:
* Large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives
* Enterprise integration projects involving EMR migrations
* Interface lifecycle management from design through production support
This role is best suited for a hands-on consultant who enjoys execution, collaboration, and delivering high-quality integration solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
