ABOUT THE ROLE

The Contracts Administrator supports the negotiation, review, and management of contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk standards. This role partners with legal, sales, and operational teams to deliver efficient, consistent, and high-quality contract outcomes. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement.

Salary range $75,000-$80,000/Yearly. Based on location and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts from initiation through execution
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve balanced agreements
  • Identify contractual risks and develop solutions to mitigate exposure
  • Support Sales with RFP reviews, prequalification requirements, and contract terms
  • Prepare and negotiate contract addendums and revisions
  • Maintain contract templates, standards, and documentation processes
  • Utilize contract lifecycle management systems to improve efficiency and tracking
  • Resolve contract-related issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate contract records, databases, and reporting tools
  • Draft subcontracts in compliance with project and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze contract data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract processes
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and contract law
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; ability to learn new systems
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
