About the Role
Are you passionate about contracts, compliance, and supporting successful project execution? We're looking for a Contract Administrator to oversee contract administration, subcontract management, commercial compliance, and project documentation across complex construction, technology infrastructure, and mission-critical projects.
In this role, you'll serve as a key business partner to Project Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and customers by ensuring contracts are administered accurately
throughout the project lifecycle. You'll help mitigate risk, maintain contractual compliance, coordinate commercial documentation, and support successful project delivery from award through closeout.

What You'll Do โ€“ Manage Contracts and Support Project Success
  • Administer customer contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and contract modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms, contractual obligations, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate contract execution, amendments, change orders, notices, and renewals while maintaining complete and accurate contract records.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to resolve contractual questions and support project execution.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, notice requirements, insurance certificates, bonds, warranties, and other contractual obligations.
  • Manage subcontractor onboarding documentation, compliance records, licensing, insurance, and contract requirements.
  • Support pricing updates, contract modifications, scope changes, and change order administration.
  • Maintain organized electronic contract repositories, ensuring proper version control, document retention, accessibility, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor contract compliance and proactively identify contractual risks, missing documentation, or obligations that could impact project performance.
  • Support customer audits, internal compliance reviews, and documentation requests.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, ensuring all contractual deliverables, warranties, final documentation, and closeout requirements are completed.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to contract status, renewals, compliance metrics, and commercial performance.
  • Assist with RFPs, bid documentation, contract negotiations, and proposal support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes, documentation standards, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for interpreting contract language and ensuring contractual consistency across projects.
What You Bring
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, subcontract management, commercial documentation, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience administering customer contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and commercial risk management.
  • Familiarity with contract terms and conditions, insurance requirements, lien waivers, bonds, warranties, and project closeout documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education amp; Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5โ€“8 years of experience in contract administration, project administration, construction administration, procurement, subcontract management, or commercial operations.
  • Experience supporting construction, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, electrical, low-voltage, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.
  • Experience reviewing and administering customer contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders, and commercial documentation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, contract management platforms, SharePoint, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction contracting principles, commercial terms, and project controls is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as CCM, CPCM, PMP, NCMA, or related certifications are beneficial but not required.
