*This is a 5 day a week job at NCRO (New Castle Regional Office, Newark, DE 19702). There will be the need to travel on occasion to different offices such as KSQ (Kennett Square, PA), ARO (Atlantic Regional Office, NJ) and, PLY (Plymouth Meeting, PA). The job is very much a little bit of this and that and we realize that some skills will need to be trained on the job. I need someone who can operate independently, take control of "owning" a datacenter as far as coordinating work with DCO like cable plans, racking, etc. They need to be comfortable going into the datacenter to address wiring concerns both ethernet and fiber, replacing hardware when their are failures to servers and storage arrays. Familiar with serial communications. Able to zone Cisco MDS switches to connect storage to servers. Install VMware, configure out of band management on Dell and HPE servers, image workstations, and have great communication skills. This person will be expected to walk into our control rooms daily to check in with the shift managers to address any IT needs they may have for the day. They should be familiar with Windows 10/11. We wear many hats.

REQUIREMENTS:
"I need an experienced IT professional that is comfortable working on data center infrastructure. They should be familiar with rack and stack of servers, network gear, and storage. Comfortable tracing and testing fiber and network cabling. Comfortable handling break/fix situations for server and workstation hardware.
