Job description

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achieve housing stability? We're partnering with a non-profit seeking a Residential Case Manager to provide case management, resource coordination, and housing stabilization support within a supportive housing community.


What You’ll Be Doing…

• Provide individualized case management, goal planning, advocacy, and resource referrals to residents

• Maintain a caseload while monitoring progress, documenting services, and updating support plans

• Assist residents with budgeting, life skills development, employment barriers, and housing stability goals

• Conduct resident meetings, unit visits, crisis intervention, and ongoing support services

• Coordinate services with community partners, social service agencies, and other support resources

• Maintain accurate documentation within HMIS and agency databases while ensuring confidentiality


Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…

• 3+ years of social service experience, including case management in a housing, shelter, or community-based setting

• Associate degree in Social Work or related field preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• Experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma, substance use, or other barriers to stability

• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with residents and community partners

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems; HMIS experience is a plus

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)

Pay Rate: $32.14 per hour

Employment Model: 4+ month Temp to Hire

Schedule: Full-time

Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout King County as needed.
