Role: Senior End User Technical Support Analysts

Location : Baton Rouge, LA (On-site)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Note : We need candidates who has previous experience in State of LA

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

  • Microsoft Hyper=V Management
  • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (to include Active Directory Domain Services)
  • Cisco Nexus Infrastructure Management
  • CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection Deployment
  • Tanium Endpoint Management Deployment
  • Microsoft Exchange and/or 0365 GCC Tenant migration and management

Experience and expertise in the following areas are mandatory:

  • Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management
  • Windows Imaging and Driver Management
  • User Profile analysis and migration
  • Advanced troubleshooting with basic hardware and software components
  • Network experience with many different layer 2 manufactured devices
  • Windows Deployment Services
  • Desktop and Mobile Device imaging and user transition
  • Data analysis, Application Rationalization, and migration
  • Third party software to be migrated and handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Sierra Wireless and/or Cradle Point management experience
  • License Plate Reader software
  • CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) Software
