Job description

Job description: Temporary 1099 contract Call Center Enroller
Join ALKEME Insurance, as a Temporary 1099 contract Call Center Enroller where you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for employees needing to enroll in benefits.
  • Compensation: $25/hour - 40 hours per week
  • $5 per call if you sell a worksite benefits on that call.
  • The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish languages
  • This position must be remote (work from home) form your personal residence located inside the U.S.
  • Equipment: you will use your personal computer unless otherwise negotiated

Training:
  • Training is about one (1) week long, depending on skill set and ability to move on to LIVE calls
  • You are paid for training days, completing simulations calls and study time during scheduled training.
  • All training class are subject to change based on the demographics of the candidates being trained.
  • All additional self-study outside of what is outlined above is unpaid. If extended time is needed to move to LIVE calls, that is unpaid.
  • The phone system is your time clock for how you will be paid.
  • Once released to LIVE calls, you are paid only for the time you are logged in taking calls or waiting for calls once LIVE on calls and released from training.
  • Please note: This position is temporary contract which will run from 1st day of Training around October 1st to November 25th. Employee benefits are not offered as part of the compensation plan.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed agent with Health/Life license with LTC certification.
  • Candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish languages.
  • Must carry your own E&O Insurance of $1 million in coverage (if person does not currently have this, a referred company can be provided upon hire to purchase a policy).
  • Ability to multitask with dual monitors and be on camera with screen sharing.
  • Ability to learn multiple platforms and handle enrollments on multiple clients.
  • Must have high speed internet to stream phone calls.
  • Must have experience in one or more of the following BenAdmin Enrollment System: ADP, Selerix, Workday, Ultipro, Employee Navigator, Paylocity, Bswift, Paycom, Ease, Synch HR, Cerdian, etc.
  • Must have some benefit insurance background. Benefits we enroll; Medical/Dental/Vision, Flexible Spending/Health Savings, STD, LTD, Vol Life, and Worksite products: e.g., Accident, Universal Life, Cancer, Critical Illness, Whole Life with LTC; ID Theft, Legal Shield
