Requirement:

Hiring: Contract Specialist / Associate Contracts Manager - Outgoing MTA Program | Biotech | Hybrid | South San Francisco, CA | W2-Contract

Role: Associate Contracts Manager – Outgoing MTA Program

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable)

Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hr on W2

We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager with 2–4 years of experience supporting Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) in the Biotech/Pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contract agreements

Support post-execution agreement activities and legal documentation

Update databases and maintain legal records

Coordinate shipments, import/export documentation, and resolve shipping issues

Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple agreements simultaneously

Mandatory Skills:

Prior Biotech/Pharma experience with understanding of scientific nomenclature

Hands-on experience with Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)

Contract Drafting & Agreement Management

Preferred Background:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience

• Paralegal or Contract Administration experience is a plus

• Familiarity with antibodies, plasmids, DNA, genetically modified mice, progeny, and derivatives
