Job Title : Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead – Azure & ReactOverview / Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with 9–12 years of experience in developing end-to-end web applications and microservices using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, ReactJS, Microsoft Azure, microservices architecture, and technical leadership, along with experience working directly with client stakeholders and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and microservices using Microsoft technologies.
  • Design and develop applications using .NET, C#, MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.
  • Build front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement security best practices for Azure-based applications.
  • Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Design and work with Microservices and N-tier architectures.
  • Manage and work with database systems including MSSQL, Azure SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform UI testing and unit testing using frameworks such as MS Test, xUnit, Jest, and Mocha.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Provide technical recommendations and solve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct code reviews, address review comments, and close code review activities.
  • Follow programming, front-end, backend, and cloud best practices.
  • Lead teams of 10+ associates by providing technical leadership and solutioning support.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and offshore teams.
  • Work within Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Required Qualifications
  • 9–12 years of experience in developing web applications and microservices using Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong expertise in .NET, C#, MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure application development, maintenance, security practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Knowledge of MSSQL, Azure SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
