Full-Time | Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)

Overview
LHH is seeking a Relationship Associate to support dealership partners by managing inbound inquiries, researching account issues, and providing accurate, solution-focused updates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, navigating multiple systems, and delivering strong customer service. This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of converting to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 5-10 inbound calls daily from dealership partners regarding title status, monthly title inquiries, and soft delinquencies (2-3 days past due).
  • Research and resolve title or payment discrepancies by navigating systems such as Oracle, Salesforce/Tableau, and CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Review data to identify missing information and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Discuss short-term delinquencies as part of soft collections (not a collections role).
  • Respond to inbound email inquiries through a dedicated Branch inbox.
  • Collaborate with auction partners when applicable (e.g., arbitration returns, fee waivers, credit line adjustments).
  • Provide clear, timely updates to dealership partners and internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong computer aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP tools; exposure to Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce/Tableau is a plus.
  • Background in customer service or sales is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort working across multiple systems.
  • Ability to review data, identify gaps, and work independently with minimal oversight.
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation
  • $25-$29 per hour (contract)
