Labcorpis seeking a Contract Associate III to support the end-to-end administration of divisional client contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, andmaintainingclient agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role serves as a senior contract resource, supporting businessobjectivesthroughtimelycontract execution, contract lifecycle management, bid support, and guidance for junior contract associates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage high-profile and complex client contracts using approved corporate templates and contract language.
  • Review client redlines and client-provided contract documents and determineappropriate responsesusing approved deviations and escalation procedures.
  • Prepare contract packages andsupportingdocumentation for Law Department review.
  • Secure contract signatures and distribute executed agreements to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Upload executed contracts and supporting documentation into the contract management system.
  • Partner with the Law Department to interpret contractual provisions, resolve disputes, and support legal review activities.
  • Identify, document, and manage contract exceptions throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Advise internal stakeholdersregardingcontract structure,approvalworkflows, and contractual risk considerations.
  • Track and communicate contract status, execution timelines, outstanding actions, and project milestones.
  • Create, update, andmaintainclient records within the contract management system.
  • Support preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation opportunities.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for Contract Associate I and II team members.
  • Provide coaching and training on contract administration policies and procedures.
  • Participate in M&A project activities and contract reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degreerequired.
  • 3 or more years of experience in complex contract administration.
  • 3 or more years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial or client-facing contracts.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle.
  • 3 or more years of experience using contract management systems.
  • 3 or more years of experience supporting RFP, RFQ, or bid response activities.
  • 3 or more years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience negotiating complex commercial, healthcare, laboratory services, or client service agreements.
  • 2 or more years of experience serving as a lead resource or escalation point within acontractsfunction.
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM).

Additional Job Standards

  • Communicate effectively with clients, Legal, Compliance, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract execution and compliance activities.
  • Provide coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to team members.

About the Role

The Contract Associate III serves as a seniorcontractsresource responsible for managing complex client agreements, supporting bid activities, partnering with Legal and Compliance, and providing guidance to junior contract professionals.
