About this Role
Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is a Quanta Services, Inc. company (NYSE: PWR). This Regional Contracts Administrator position is responsible for assisting with the processing and tracking workflows around customer contracts and subcontracts projects within one of QISG's regional divisions, from the initial draft through completion of the project execution phase. This position can be based in either our Columbus, Ohio or Tulsa, Oklahoma offices.
The Regional Contracts Administrator will utilize provided tools to prepare and manage redlines, coordinate DocuSign execution, and maintain organized records of all contract activity. The position will partner with project management, procurement, legal, and operations departments to ensure agreements move through review and execution efficiently while meeting internal policy, master agreement terms, and applicable commercial standards.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in all areas of contract management as directed.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, amending and tracking customer contracts and subcontracts, including to confirm alignment with master agreements, approved scope, pricing, terms and conditions, and delegation of authority.
  • Draft notices and negotiate and draft change orders.
  • Administer DocuSign execution end-to-end, including building envelopes, routing per signature authority matrix, monitoring status, following up on stalled signatures, and tracking and filing fully executed documents in the contract repository and appropriate file locations.
  • Assist project management and legal team to ensure adherence to risk mitigation and other contractual requirements.
  • Assist with negotiating any delay and/or cost settlement agreements.
  • Assist with populating contract templates with appropriate project and third-party information and distribute to internal stakeholders and third-party partners for their review and comment.
  • Review and verify terms of certificates of insurance received from subcontractors and other third parties.
  • Review and verify lien waivers and assist with invoicing, as needed.
  • Track "lessons learned" and assist with the development of trackers for contract management.
  • Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested.

What You'll Bring
Required Experience and Education
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, paralegal support, or a related commercial role.
  • Working knowledge of standard commercial contract provisions, including indemnity, insurance, warranty, payment terms, and change order mechanics.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Word track changes for redline preparation and management.

Preferred Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management, paralegal studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of contracts administration or procurement experience supporting infrastructure, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), or self-perform contractor environments.
  • Experience with utility, transmission and distribution, or large infrastructure purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review platforms (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Spellbook, or similar).
  • Exposure to ERP and procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.

Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products (familiarity with In-Eight, Avetta and/or Procore preferred).
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize a high volume of concurrent reviews.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with little direction while supporting the needs of cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask.
