Job description

Requirement - BI And Analytics developer

Location- Hoboken, NJ, 5 days Onsite a week

Contract W2

Required - Adoption Infrastructure Build & Operationalization

Support the build and operationalization of a scalable Adoption Measurement Infrastructure capability that provides consistent, reliable, and repeatable adoption measurement across priority product initiatives. The contractor will establish and maintain standardized adoption dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and operating cadences to enable ongoing adoption visibility and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and enhancing adoption measurement infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Establishing repeatable weekly and monthly adoption reporting cadences across product streams.
  • Driving adoption data quality, consistency, and governance efforts, including remediation of reporting gaps.
  • Supporting operational readiness for adoption reviews, reporting forums, and stakeholder communications.
  • Delivering actionable adoption insights through scalable reporting and analytics.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytics and reporting expertise, including dashboard development and KPI design.
  • Experience building and operationalizing measurement and reporting frameworks at scale.
  • Advanced data analysis and data quality management capabilities.
  • Ability to establish repeatable operational processes and stakeholder reporting cadences.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and program coordination skills.

Success Measure

  • Standardized adoption reporting and dashboards implemented across priority products, with reliable adoption signals and established operating cadences supporting ongoing adoption visibility.
